What does Not in the filings mean here?

What it means and how to read it on a deal.

What it is

The filings we read don't state the fact.

How to read it

It isn't the same as no. A dashed protection dot is not in the filings; a faint one is a stated no. The reverse fee and CVR dots are never dashed: faint means the filings we read give none.

A dash (–) in a column means there is no value to show, such as no expected close or no approval published yet.
