What it is
The day's check of a deal's filings and the web finished.
Also calledChecked todaynothing filed or found since
How to read it
The deal page says when the last check finished, and the day of the latest filing or finding. For example: Checked today 6:10 pm ET, nothing filed or found since Sep 20.
So nothing new is an answer too. Every deal that hasn't closed or ended is checked once a day.
