What does New filing being checked mean here?

What it states joins the deal once each fact is checked against its quote.

On the list, it's an icon in the column after the deal. On the deal page, the check line adds A new filing is being checked.

First daily check pending means a deal's filings haven't had their first check yet. The deal page says Not checked yet.
