What it is
An approval the filings name as a condition without saying where its review stands.

How to read it
When no approval has a stage, the Regulatory column counts them, as in 2 pending, no stage given. The regulatory card says Pending, no stage given.
Where the card draws dots, for HSR, the EU, the UK CMA and China SAMR, they're dashed. So are the deal sheet's three dots.
It doesn't mean the review is stuck. The filings we read just don't say.
