What it is
The passage of the filing a fact was read from, found word for word in the stored filing.

How to read it
The deal page shows the quote under each fact read from a filing, with the filing and the page. In the regulatory card, an approval's filing opens its quote, marked Found word for word.
A fact read from a filing never shows without its quote. Prices come from the delayed closes instead.
