Draft, pending counsel review
Research and AI disclosures
Version 2026-07-10-draft.1 · issued July 10, 2026
Read this boundary before relying on any monitoring result or AI interpretation from Thesis Desk.
1. Research organization, not advice
Thesis Desk helps you organize a thesis you provide and compare it with covered evidence. It does not assess suitability, recommend securities or transactions, provide personalized financial advice, execute trades, or act as your adviser, broker, or fiduciary. An impact label is not a buy, hold, or sell signal.
2. Exact monitored-source boundary
The service performs bounded public-web discovery across company, competitive, industry, regulatory, geopolitical, and macroeconomic themes. Query limits, provider outages, source availability, language, and model judgment can cause missed or delayed events. No result is an all-clear.
3. Source availability is not guaranteed
Public sources can be delayed, corrected, withdrawn, unavailable, or interpreted incorrectly. Company identity and source context can also change. A successful check only describes the bounded public-web queries completed; no relevant result does not establish that nothing material happened.
4. AI interpretation limitations
AI may invent details, misread a number, overlook a qualification, select an unrepresentative excerpt, confuse periods or entities, map evidence to the wrong claim, overstate certainty, or propose wording that changes your meaning. Forecasts and opinions cannot be verified as current facts merely because a model evaluates them.
5. Your review is required
Open the cited source, read enough context to verify the excerpt, compare dates and units, and decide whether the interpretation reflects your thesis. Suggested updates do not change an approved thesis until you accept them. You may edit first, keep the thesis unchanged, or review later.
6. No valuation or performance claim
The MVP does not provide automatic valuation, price targets, portfolio construction, loss prevention, or performance guarantees. A claim can remain factually supported while a security is overvalued, and a challenged claim does not determine the correct transaction.
7. Questions and error reports
Report a source, citation, or interpretation concern to support@example.com. Include the company, publication date, and affected claim when possible. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary to investigate the issue.
