When does the HSR waiting period end?

What it is
The day the HSR waiting period expires, when the filings give it.

How to read it
While HSR is pending, it shows in the regulatory card. It also shows in the Regulatory column when it leads the row, and in the Next column when it's the soonest date ahead.
Once HSR is cleared, the deal page reads Waiting period was due to end, since an early end often comes without a date.
If it passes with nothing filed, the deal page reads Waiting period ended that day. No filing yet says what happened.
