What it is
The day the HSR waiting period expires, when the filings give it.

How to read it
In the regulatory card while HSR is pending; in the Regulatory column when it leads the row's status; and in the Next column while HSR is pending and it is the soonest date ahead. Once HSR is cleared the deal page reads Waiting period was due to end, since an early end often comes without a date. When it passes with nothing filed, the deal page reads Waiting period ended that day; no filing yet says what happened.
