What it is
A date a condition was waiting on has passed, and no filing since says how it turned out.

How to read it
The condition stays at its last filed stage, in the pending colour with a clock, and never looks cleared until a filing says so. It applies to the shareholder meeting, the tender expiry and the HSR waiting period.
