How to read it
- Official deadline
- A date the documents set, such as the outside date, a meeting or a tender expiry.
- Company guidance
- A date or period the companies expect, such as the expected close.
- Estimate
- A date the filings give as expected, such as an HSR waiting period expected to end then.
The deal page gives each date's type under Key dates and beside a condition's date; the regulatory card gives it beside the dates it lists.
