What it is
An approval the filings name as a condition without saying where its review stands.
On the site asPending, no stage given2 pending, no stage given
How to read it
When no approval has a stage, the Regulatory column counts them, as in 2 pending, no stage given, and the regulatory card says Pending, no stage given. Where the card draws dots (HSR, the EU, the UK CMA, China SAMR) they are dashed, as are the deal sheet's three dots. It doesn't say the review is stuck: the filings we read just don't say.
