What it is
The target's closing price on the latest trading day we have. The site shows closes, not live quotes.

How to read it
The Last column shows each deal's latest delayed close; Price on the deal page shows it with its date. The list's heading gives the newest close among the deals.
Every spread on the site is worked out from these closes, so it can differ from what a broker shows during the day.
