How to read it
- Approximate
- The filing calls the per-share price approximate or estimated, for example when it was worked out from a total.
- Subject to adjustment
- The agreement can still change the price by a formula, such as a possible downward adjustment.
The usual clause that adjusts the price for a stock split doesn't count.
