How to read it
The fifth protection dot, and a tag with the day the period ends when the filings give it. Go-shop ends can also show in the Next column.
Without a go-shop the target is under a no-shop: it may not look for other bids, though agreements usually let it consider a better offer it didn't ask for. That exception isn't a go-shop.
If the target accepts a bid found during the go-shop, the termination fee it pays is often lower.
