How to read it
A tag every deal shares says little about one of them, so it falls into +N more, which opens the deal sheet. The buyer, the structure and the fees have columns of their own, so they aren't repeated there. A tag's colour marks the kind of fact: money terms, contract terms, the vote or the tender. It is never a grade.
