How to read it
Every deal on the list pays cash. The checklist's Consideration line says which kind:
- Cash
- Cash only.
- Cash + CVR
- Cash plus a contingent value right.
- Cash + ticking fee
- Cash plus an amount that grows the longer the deal takes to close.
- Cash plus spin-off
- Cash from the buyer, plus shares of a spun-off company handed to holders as part of the deal.
