What it is
A new filing arrived and what it states is being checked against its quotes.
On the site asNew filing being checkedFirst daily check pendingNot checked yet
How to read it
What it states joins the deal once each fact is checked against its quote. On the list it is an icon in the column after the deal; on the deal page the check line adds A new filing is being checked. First daily check pending, or Not checked yet on the deal page, means a deal's filings haven't had their first check yet.
